At the ARK elements, we take pride in the curated nature of our home collections and want you to be delighted with your selection. If your piece is not a perfect fit, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and shipping box to ensure delicate ceramics and glassware are not damaged during transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund minus shipping costs within 5-7 business days.
